Here is a before and after for 2685 ethel street. This was a unique project because at the time the zoning was Ru6, corner lot, existing house location made a carriage house impossible, and the house was for sale. The customer was frustrated with the house not selling. We came in and determined lifting the house and moving it on the same property was a solution to all their problems. We doubled their square footage, all new engineered foundation on a geotech spec’d base, a brand new 1 bedroom 1 bathroom suite, a garage roof top patio with privacy walls incorporated into the truss design, and an overheight double car garage. Budget varies this would cost $600k and up today.

We added a bathroom in the day lighted basement, all new systems such as furnace and duct work, electrical, and all new plumbing. We saved the garage trusses and this got the customer an over height garage and work shop. Budget Range varies $450-$700k
